Whickham Volunteer Library

Whickham Library is now run by a team of volunteers, and our aim is to provide the local community with a resource which will give them access to a wide selection of books for all ages that will entertain, excite, and challenge them.

Whickham Walking Group

We have had a full year of walks, mostly muddy, some snowy and a few on beautiful sunny days. We are now attempting longer walks to accommodate the 'younger and fitter' members of the group. We have enjoyed four celebration meals this year.
