Lets get Moving, Emma will improve your balance and posture, strengthen your muscles and bones and improve your overall fitness and general well being.
Moving Your Body is one of the best ways to prevent falls.
It is recommended that we should aim for at three hours of strength and balance activities each week.
Emma is a Level 4 Specialist Postural Stability Instructor.
There is another class on Wednesdays at 11:30am and one in Whickham at Fellside Church on Thursdays at 10:30am.
