Samaritans

Samaritans are available 24 hours a day every day of the year to provide confidential emotional support for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which may lead to self-harm and suicide.

We support anyone in distress, around the clock, through 201 branches across the UK and Republic of Ireland.

We know our service can help people before it's too late. But we’re a charity, and it’s your kind donations that keep our helpline open.
