Smart Works Newcastle

Smart Works Newcastle is a female employment charity that dresses and coaches women for interview and job success.  We can support all women who are unemployed or on zero hour contracts across the North East into employment.

Ahead of their interview women visit our centre for a two hour appointment, during which time they receive:

1) a high quality interview outfit, free and theirs to keep.

2) a one to one, personalised coaching session to prepare them for their interview.

72% go on to get the job, allowing them to grow in confidence and gain financial independence.

Once women secure a job they can return to build a free work wardrobe with us which will see them through until their first pay check.

If you are unable to travel to us, we can provide a virtual service, sending a parcel of clothes to your chosen address and offer the coaching over the phone.
