Mindfulness to help maintain mental health after recovery, to help prevent the recurrence of depression and to help with anxiety.
Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting feelings, thoughts and bodily sensations, and creating space to respond in new ways to situations and make wise choices.
Sessions are with an experienced tutor, and are suitable for both beginners and those wishing to develop their practice.
