This relaxed group is open to women living in and around Birtley.
Sessions include an opportunity to take part in something new, such as reflexology, relaxation, aromatherapy and crafting. Or just come for a cuppa and a chat!
Community link workers will be available to answer any questions around benefits, food and health.
Local mental health peer supporters will also be available if you need some support to improve your wellbeing.
We are starting a 10 week sewing course starting Tuesday 15th September, in which you will have the opportunity to learn dressmaking skills and create your own Tote Bag. The course is completely free, please don't hesitate to get in touch or drop-in to one of our sessions if you'd like more information.
Participation in activities is always optional and you are always welcome to just come along for the chat and cuppa.
We meet weekly from 9 on a Tuesday at Birtley East Primary School*, just ring the buzzer at reception off Highfield and ask for the group.
Parking is available on site and on street.
This group is all about you!
