Carers Trust Tyne and Wear Young Carers FIT&FREE Project

My Name is Laura Henderson and i have started up a new project for Young Carers. FIT&FREE, This project is all about keeping Fit and having fun with new friends, being able to attend activities that are all around sports and fitness, Example we have just had a group doing horse riding, we have dance and fitness classes, swimming, golf, climbing, etc. If you feel you would benefit from joining our new project please feel free to get in touch.
