Art for You

Art for You: an exciting Macmillan project now starting in Newcastle         A volunteer-led emotional support service for people affected by cancer and their carers.   Feeling isolated? Interested in trying something different? Discover your creativity! We have a team of trained volunteers with a wide range of artistic skills and interests who hold art sessions once a week during term time for you to come along, try out and enjoy.   The group is for Newcastle, Gateshead and the surrounding area, and provide an opportunity to meet with others in a community setting and to have a go at a range of different art and creative activities.   Newcastle/Gateshead Group   Friday 1.30 – 4.00pm Chilli Studios Newbridge St. Newcastle NE1 2TQ   Our volunteers can provide a listening ear and also signpost you to other sources of information, support, and services.
