Daft as a Brush Cancer Patient Care

  Our Charity is a local cancer charity which operates in the three North East Counties , namely Durham , Northumberland and Tyne and Wear and take cancer patients free of charge in our brightly coloured ambulances  to and from the their homes to the Northern Centre for Cancer Care at the Freeman Hospital Newcastle upon Tyne. All our patients need to be referred to us by the Northern Centre for Cancer Care. We make over 6000 patient journeys a year. We receive no state aid and rely on the help and support of foundations , companies and, of course, the North East public.
