Clara Vale Village Hall and Business Centre

Clara Vale Village Hall and Business Centre is set in a peaceful, rural village in the Tyne Valley. Once the former pit school, the hall has 3 rooms available for hire for parties, events, meetings, weddings and conferences.  There is a meeting room with log burning stove, a large main hall and a large kitchen. Prices start at £7 per hour. Party packages and catering packages available.  We have 3 offices in the business centre and space to hire for hot-desking. The hall is fully accessible with disabled toilet and disabled parking bays in the on-site car park.  We are surrounded by green space with the river close by, a playground next door and a nature reserve occupying the site of the former pit.
