Birtley Athletics Club is an England Athletics affiliated running club based at Lord Lawson school in Birtley.
We welcome all ages and abilities from 7 upwards. Young or old, fast or slow, everyone is welcome. Come along any Tuesday or Thursday at 6.45pm for a taster session and see if you can catch the running bug!
We have a number of membership options available to suit those who just want to run for fun and those who would like to compete.
As a club we enter all of the usual races including all the major road fixtures, North Eastern Cross Country Championships, NEHL Cross Country as well as the Junior, Senior League and Masters (over 35) track meetings.
