To be able to phone and meet potential Readers and Coaches any mutually convenient time between Monday and Friday to suit . We have found that we have most demand in the 9:30 - 5pm time period.
To be able to attend management meetings once every 6 weeks.

Volunteer Opportunity

Read Easy changes lives by providing free, confidential, one to one reading coaching for adults who struggle with reading.

We are looking for a brand new Coordinator. You will make a difference by meeting adults who would like to improve their reading skills and matching them with reading coaches. Offering follow up support to your reading pairs as needed.

You will be provided with full training, resources and support. You will also have a friendly management team and Literacy Specialist on hand to help you.

 

Skills needed

We are looking for empathetic, understanding people who have a love for reading themselves. You will need to have good people skills and be organised, non-judgemental, kind and patient as well as being a clear communicator.
