Build your confidence, improve your mobility and enjoy moving in a friendly, supportive environment at Bensham Grove Community Centre.

Mission to Mobility is an accessible weekly exercise class featuring gentle movements designed to support strength, flexibility, balance and everyday mobility. The session is suitable for different abilities, including anyone returning to exercise or looking for a relaxed, lower-impact way to stay active.

Exercises can be adapted to suit your needs, and no previous experience is necessary. After the class, stay for a cup of tea, friendly conversation and the chance to meet others.
