Safe Space is an open access session providing an informal and safe environment where you can meet people and join in activities that will improve your health and wellbeing and help you build practical coping skills.
If you feel lonely, isolated, worried or anxious, the group support could help by enabling you to access support to improve your health and wellbeing. The group cover a wide range of topic and provide coping mechanisms in a relaxed environment.
The group meet every Wednesday

We also accept referrals on someone’s behalf, with their consent, by health, charity and other practitioners from services.
