Compassionate Gateshead is a new network that is currently exploring how to support people or organisations supporting people who are dying, caring for someone at the end of their life or people who are bereaved. To do this we are consulting widely through two survey's that you can find at https://www.compassionategateshead.org/surveys
We are keen to know your experience (or lack of experience), what you understand about death or where to access help, what support exists and where there may be gaps. Your feedback will inform our longer-term plans. Therefore, we would be very grateful if you could fill in one or both of the surveys that is relevant to your experience or role to help us understand how this new network can add value to your work or improve support available. Most of the questions are multiple choice so the survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to fill in. You do not need to leave your name or contact details, however, if you would like to be kept informed about future Compassionate Gateshead events or activities please leave us your email address.
