Areas covered
We run events for children with SEND and their families in the school holidays.
Volunteers at these events can have a variety of roles, from making tea and coffee, helping to set up and tidy away to chatting and engaging with families.
With every programme of events we post the details in our volunteer group and see who is available for what. There is no pressure to commit to multiple dates.
Skills needed
Patience, good with children, non-judgemental. Safety conscious.
Benefits for the Volunteer
You will receive free training and be closely supervised. You will get great satisfaction from seeing the children enjoy themselves and our volunteers enjoy socialising. Whilst at an event you will get free tea, coffee and food.
