This year, we focused on listening to local people, reaching more communities, and helping residents by providing clear information and signposting to support.
Here's a few examples:
- We supported 8,249 people to have their say and get information about their care
- 7,352 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with us
- 371 people came to us for clear advice and information on topics such as General Practice, Hospitals and Neurodivergence
- 526 people participated in our research projects this year, and we published 7 reports
