Gateshead Redheugh Football Club Volunteer

The group have several volunteers for both individuals and groups. 

There are some Saturday mornings where they need volunteers to help with the central venue that the group have with the Gateshead Youth League.  This volunteer role will include setting up and putting equipment away when finished as well as coordinating on the day itself. 

The groups of volunteers would be able to help with the tidying up of the area around Eslington Park on set volunteer task days. 

Gateshead Redheugh have been based at Eslington Park in a brand-new purpose-built facility since December 2011. The site includes 6 changing rooms, 2 referee changing rooms, physio room, cafe area, meeting room and office plus 3G and grass pitches.

The group are an FA Charter Standard Community Club based in Teams Gateshead with over 30 teams including the girl's team and over 40 seniors, there is something for everyone. 

The group encourage good behaviour while developing football skills and techniques.  The coaches also promote the fun side of the game which helps the players develop both their social and athletic skills. 

The club is affiliated through Durham FA, but are a charity run organisation who rely on the volunteer workforce to keep the club alive and work hard towards making it the heart of the community.
