Working under supervision, you’ll provide practical casework support that helps caseworkers manage their caseloads and maintain a high standard of client service.
What you'll do
• Set up and maintain cases on the case management system
• Keep accurate case and time records
• Draft routine letters under supervision
• Chase responses from third parties and complete agreed casework tasks
