Peer talk

Our Peer Support Group offers a safe, understanding space for people living with depression or anxiety to connect, share experiences and support one another. Led by trained facilitators, the group focuses on gentle conversation, mutual encouragement and building a sense of community. There’s no pressure to talk — you’re welcome to simply listen until you feel comfortable.

This is a friendly, confidential group where people can feel less alone and find strength through shared understanding.
