Andrea Love – Partnership Quality Lead at Macmillan Cancer Support is working with the Gateshead QE Macmillan Information and Support centre to understand the experience of those accessing the centre and how this can influence the future of the service. As part of this work a survey has been created to start gathering insight about the service location, accessibility, visibility and range of services available.

The survey will be open for 12 weeks and should take no longer than 10 mins to complete. The survey has been created alongside a patient group with an aim to reach as many patients/carers/family members across Gateshead and Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
