Hope Beyond Borders

Hope Beyond Borders is dedicated to transforming the lives of families and children, particularly migrants from diverse backgrounds including Europeans, South Americans, and Arabs. Locally in the North East of England and internationally, we focus on disadvantaged communities through a community-driven approach. This includes promoting sustainable practices, climate change awareness, and fostering a sense of belonging. We emphasize the interconnectedness between families, children, and the environment, integrating social work, welfare support, and environmental change. 

What We Do: Hope Beyond Borders promotes collective action and shared responsibility to address pressing social and environmental challenges. Our key focus areas include: 

• Tackling Poverty and Inequality: Supporting disadvantaged children, youth, and families, including refugees, asylum seekers, and displaced individuals, with comprehensive welfare advice /advocacy in their language with volunteers to create a sense of belonging . 
• Educational and Nutritional Support: Offering workshops and resources to improve education, hygiene, and nutrition. 
• Climate Change Awareness: Highlighting the importance of sustainable practices and Green Welfare for social and environmental well-being. 
• Community Integration: Helping migrants and their families build resilience, gain essential resources, and integrate successfully into their communities. Our work is from the North East of England , specially in Gateshead, Newcastle and Sunderland and extends , wherever there is an opportunity to create meaningful change.
