We are looking for volunteers to help with our prize collection sessions taking place in Whitley Bay and Tynemouth on 21st March and Newcastle City Centre on 27th March. I have included the details below. It would be wonderful if you or your colleagues were able to help:
Activity: Prize Gathering Session
Dates/Times/locations:
21st March 12-3pm @ Whitley Bay and Tynemouth
27th March 10am-2pm @ Newcastle City Centre and Quayside
Number needed for each session: 6 people ideally but any volunteers would be welcome to join.
Task: Visiting shops, restaurants, hotels, bars, hairdressers etc. to request raffle prize donations for the Black & Gold Ball. We will provide prize request letters and flyers.
Other: We will provide t-shirts and volunteer badges.
