Using Social Media Effectively

This session is for you if you are new to using social media for your organisation, or have been doing this for a while but want to develop a strategy to improve your impact. This training will be delivered online via Teams.

Through a mix of interactive presentations and group activities the session will cover:

• Using social media for engaging your audience(s)
• The importance of a ‘clean’ online presence – and how to achieve that
• The essential elements of using social media effectively – knowing your audience, and sticking to key relevant themes
• What to do when (if) things go wrong
