Introduction Anti Racist Practice Training

Delivered by Raymond, Addai Anti Racist Practice Lead, Durham County Council Children's social Care. at the Teams Life Centre.

The session explores the power of language and forms of address, challenges stereotypes and bias, and introduces intersectionality as a lens for understanding overlapping identities and experiences. 

The training also equips participants with practical guidance on allyship and clarifies the crucial distinction between being non‑racist and being actively anti‑racist, empowering professionals to contribute to sustained, meaningful change.
