PLUS Group

PLUS is a support group for young LGBTQ+ people aged 11-25. We have three different groups based on age, spread across the week. PLUS means People Like Us and exists as a community led by our members.

This is a safe space and you are free to be yourself here. We will protect your confidentiality around this if it is necessary for your safety. 

You can speak to us about your identity, your mental health, challenges with coming out or at home. The service can offer individual support or counselling. We can also help with advice around relationships, coming out and living in your identity in education or employment or moving into adulthood. 

We are a Safe Reporting Centre for Hate Crime and discrimination - talk to us if this is an issue you or someone you know has been affected by.
