We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our friendly team providing weekly cleaning and home support services to older adults in their own homes. This role is more than just cleaning; it’s about supporting our clients to maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
For this role, assistants will support people living in and around in West areas of Gateshead ( Blaydon, Highfield, Rowlands Gill, Ryton, Crawcrook)
Assistants tend to start with 2-3 hours per week, and then build up hours to suit their needs.
Main duties include:-
- Ensuring homes are clean and tidy, by following the individual home help plan for each client
- Providing shopping, prescription collection and paying bills for clients
- Filling in client records, taking payment and bringing paperwork and payment to the head office on a weekly basis.
