A big congratulations to Essyte, Samantha, Wassem, Stephen (L-R, top to bottom above, with John Pearson Grainger, bottom middle), and all those who completed the most recent Telephone Skills and Call Centre Training Course in March 2022, provided by Future You.
Things have moved quickly since these photos were taken - two have already secured jobs using their newly found skills - they really have found their wings!
Each participant received their Future You certificate for completing the training course that gave them the experience of handling telephone calls and a better understanding of the call centre environment. They practiced carrying our calls, learned how to resolve conflicts, and also received guidance around CVs and interview skills.
