Whickham Theatre Club

Whickham Theatre Club has entertained the people of Whickham and neighbouring communities since the 1970’s.

We have an excellent reputation for our family Christmas shows which we usually perform during the last week in November. We also produce one or two plays and entertainment shows in the Spring. We try and cater for members of all ages.

We try to make all our own costumes, props and scenery. We also have our own stage lighting so there are plenty of opportunities for new members to become involved  – it’s not all about acting!!

We meet in St Mary’s Centre, Church Chare, Whickham, every Thursday evening at 7.30pm.
