If you feel tired, a bit stressed or overwhelmed come along and join a lovely friendly group of ladies every Monday & Wednesday 7-8pm in the Dance Studio at Thomas Hepburn Academy.
The session involves very basic yoga & pilates moves designed to gently stretch and strengthen together with a relaxation at the end (the favourite part :-))
