Why volunteer ?

You’ll help the team keep essential administrative work moving, enabling colleagues to focus on delivering timely support to clients.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day Housing and Debt administration
• Use Case management systems to maintain information
• Follow agreed processes and instructions
• Take ownership of tasks independently once trained

🕐 4 hours per week (minimum)

📅 At least 6 months commitment

💻10 hours + training

📍Davidson Building, Gateshead
