A full training programme is provided and Aspire is proud to have achieved Kite Mark status and have won awards for our volunteer programme.

Stay Safe Champions offer support to those affected by/at risk of suicidal thoughts or self-harm.

Domestic Abuse Champions support abuse victims and survivors through their experiences and trauma.

Mental Health Champions offer support to those affected by/at risk of mental distress and living with mental health issues.

Mentors offer peer support to women for personal development and progression.

Aspire offers all women a welcoming and safe space to learn, socialise and gain confidence. We deliver courses, support and wellbeing services both online and from our women-only centre in Chester-le-Street.
