The role of the Repair Volunteer at The Regeneration Shop is to assist the staff and volunteer team with repairs of clothing and/ or household items.
There are different levels of responsibility within this role depending on the level of training and experience each volunteer has had.
Shop Opening hours are 9am-4pm, Thursdays-Saturdays.
Skills needed
We are looking for people with a range of different repair skills, awareness of health and safety when using tools and equipment, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn and share skills with others.
All necessary training will be given.

Benefits for the Volunteer
The Shop Manager will give day to day guidance and support.
Volunteers can receive a free meal at The Bank for each shift they work.
There will be an opportunity to achieve AQA certificates to recognise specific skills, for those who are interested.
