Dunston Sporting Memories Group supports people living with Dementia, their carers, as well as people who have been experiencing social isolation and/or depression.

If you love talking about sport or history and having a good laugh and a chat, whilst supporting people in the local community, then this is for you!

 

Skills needed

An interest in talking to people, hearing their stories and reminiscing about local history.
No comprehensive knowledge of sport needed!
Awareness of Dementia and the challenges this brings for people diagnosed and their carers.
