Tae Kwon Do @ Emma Hall

The Tae Kwon Do classes at Emma Hall in Ryton are held every Thursday, offering sessions for different age groups and skill levels. The schedule starts with the Little Dragons class for children aged 4 to 7 from 5:00 PM to 5:35 PM. This is followed by the Junior Tae Kwon Do class for ages 8 to 13 from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM. There is also a Sparring and Pads class from 6:45 PM to 8:00 PM, open to all members and non-members. Finally, the Seniors class for ages 14 and above runs from 8:00 PM to 9:15 PM. These classes provide a great opportunity for participants to learn self-defense, improve fitness, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
