We have got Claire Tulley from Nexus coming to work with us to look at the Bridge Card-available for travel.
The Bridge Card is a brilliant idea that is held by those with a vulnerability if they choose, to indicate to NEXUS staff that they need a little bit of extra support when they are travelling-this might be 'time to sit down when they are travelling' 'To be told where their stop is.' These are just some of the examples.
We are working together to come up with a range of reasons where there might be the need for support. Once these are collated, we are going to work to come up with an easier way to communicate these on the card and to Nexus Staff.
