Members of staff from Groundwork North East & Cumbria team will be attending our Heritage Centre to engage members of the public about the North East Ambulance Service.

They are asking for your views on the way the North East Ambulance Service currently delivers its services to patients and how it manages those who contact them. This will range from sending an ambulance to take someone to the hospital; to referring patients to other places for help and treatment (such as their local doctor or an urgent treatment centre); or treating patients and leaving them at home.

Your views and experiences will help to develop the workforce needed to ensure that North East Ambulance Service is prepared to meet the demands in the future from a population living longer and making changing demands on NHS services, and they are very grateful to you for sharing your thoughts with us, to help make the services better for everyone.

If you have experience with the North East Ambulance Service you have the chance to help the ambulance service continue to deliver outstanding patient care.

If you fill out a survey (which will take approximately 30 minutes), as a thank you for your time you will be provided with a £25 voucher to spend in the Heritage Centre Café.

Vouchers will be based upon a first come first serve basis, so please come along to receive your voucher.
