Through our award winning yoga classes we help children develop better body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination. These 45 minute sessions are taught in a fun and stimulating environment using stories and games alongside the teaching of yoga stretches, breathing and relaxation techniques. Yoga sets strong foundations of self-esteem when practiced independently, to empower and inspire confidence in your children.
