This training will be delivered by Difference North East, online and will be focused on the topic of Focus on Digital Access: Making Accessible Social Media & Web Content

It is the third instalment of a series of training sessions on disability and digital and non-digital accessibility. Please consider signing up to the other ones.

This session is a continuation of Making Your Digital & Non-Digital Resources More Accessible, which looks at the reasons why digital and non-digital content is inaccessible to many disabled people. It provides a framework to help you make sure that content is made inclusive and accessible to all. This session provides hands on techniques for you to improve access and focuses specifically social media and web content that are accessible. This is suitable for anyone who is involved with producing text that will be read by others.

This session is part of the Gateshead UKSPF Digital Inclusion Project and it is open to all organisations working in Gateshead.

Connected Voice Health Equity connects charities and community organisations to health services to improve digital inclusion, mental health support and social prescribing.
