Gateshead Safeguarding Adults Board and Rock Pool CIC are offering a free online session for carers sharing insight into Carer's Compassion Fatigue.
This session will look at what compassion fatigue is, how tough we can be on ourselves and understanding and recognising what we as carers might be experiencing. The session will give signs and symptoms of compassion fatigue and provide some strategies for self-care.
