We meet weekly Friday 10-12 at Croftside Community Lounge, Durham Road, Birtley
We serve up delicious free (grilled) bacon sandwiches to kickstart your day, followed by plenty of time for a good chat and laughter. It’s a great opportunity to meet new friends.
Our group began 6 months ago, and we’ve been planned several trips including to South Shields and local Bowling Clubs and are always making further plans for outings.
Various services regularly drop in with activities, advice and opportunities for new things to do in the area.
Our peer support workers and community link workers are on hand to offer support and wellbeing advice.
