Back to Bike

UPDATE 17/6/21

Sorry, we have decided not to go ahead with this event on Sat 26th. June due to the continuation of Covid measures. This was a complicated discussion but in the end, although it would have been possible we would have missed out on the whole social/mingling aspect of our repair events, and we were short on volunteers to take everyone’s details and keep people safe. We are now hoping to combine aspects of this event with our “traditional” Fix It event, which will (all things being equal) be held on Saturday 2nd October at the same venue.

HOWEVER, thanks to Strathmore Rd Methodist Church (in particular Keith Stamp) we are going ahead with the unwanted bike collection. This will be at Strathmore Rd Methodist Church on Saturday 26th. from 11.30 a.m.-3.30 p.m. Probably outside the main door, if any changes we’ll put a sign up.

Bring along any unwanted bikes that can be mended. We will take them to Recyke y Bike where they will be fixed and passed on to those who need them. They are particularly in need of adult men’s bikes.
