Do you want to meet new people and make new friends? Do you want to be more active, enjoy a good, friendly chat and a cuppa? Do you want to do gentle exercises, seated or standing to some of our favourite music?

We have one of our Indoor Active Forever classes on Wednesdays at 1.30pm, at The Salvation Army, Tennyson Court, Sunderland Road, Gateshead NE8 3EY. We offer a range of exercises and activities for older people, usually 50 years and over. Our instructors will help you to exercise in a way that suits your abilities. This class is fun, free to attend and there is no need to book ahead.
