Do you want to meet new people and make new friends? Do you want to be more active, enjoy a good, friendly chat and a cuppa? Do you want to do gentle exercises, seated or standing to some of our favourite music?
We have one of our indoor Active Forever classes on Mondays at 10am, at Barley Mow Village Hall, Bedford Avenue, Birtley DH3 2AJ. We offer a range of exercises and activities for older people, usually 50 years and over. Our instructors will help you to exercise in a way that suits your abilities. This class is free to attend.
