Talking Therapies

We work with people with common mental health problems, such as depression and anxiety. Including those with long-term physical health conditions which may be impacting their emotional wellbeing. We offer a variety of different therapies, which include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy(EMDR). We also run a variety of therapy courses and groups.
