St Chad’s Family Support Service aims to provide a wide range of services which work towards meeting the needs of families in the local community.
Our Family Support Team provides one to one support and outreach work to families needing extra support, the team work alongside multi agencies, both voluntary and statutory to provide a holistic service. Referrals can be made either by families themselves or by professionals on their behalf.
