Our Customer Scrutiny Panel needs you!

We provide a range of opportunities for customers to get involved, have their say, and help shape the way we deliver our services. One of those opportunities is our Customer Scrutiny Panel, which is open to both tenants and leaseholders of The Gateshead Housing Company. The panel carries out independent reviews of our services to identify positive practice and suggest recommendations for service improvements. The panel decides which services they review based on various criteria. Previous reviews include: • Anti-social behaviour • Customer service • Reporting repairs • Empty Property Management • Customer Satisfaction Surveys • Customer Services Interested?
