Foundation 4 Work offers work experience opportunities in a warehouse and retail setting where people gain many of the employability skills that employers are looking for.
In addition, we have free one-to-one support and small workshops to give you everything you need to be ready and confident to seek work or become self employed.
We believe personalised journeys are the most effective and rewarding therefore each programme is designed and delivered around your unique goals.
That's not all! Everyone who joins and makes good progress on our programme keeps their personal Foundation 4 Work toolkit created during their time with us as well as their own work boots and high vis vest. Free of charge.
The Foundation 4 Work programme has been made possible thanks to funding support from the European Social Fund via Gateshead Council's Community Led Local Development (CLLD) programme which will promote employment and enterprise initiatives in the top 20% most deprived areas of Gateshead.
