School Hall, Kitchen & Community Room HIRE

South Street is a Community Primary School in Deckham, Gateshead. We have a large hall, kitchen and community room available to hire on a long or short term basis. Price includes: 

• A large hall (with speaker sound system and 80 inch touch screen. Stage is also optional) 
• A kitchen (with oven, microwave, tea/coffee urn, food prep area) 
• Community Room (Dining table and 8 chairs, 6 sofas and coffee table) 
• Toilets at front of school including a disabled toilet
• £65 per hour + £20 staffing & cleaning costs. 

If you only required one area for hire cost negotiable. Parties not accepted.
