Gateshead Central Library Room Hire

Gateshead Central Library offers a number of room hire options to suit a range of requirements, including Caedmon Hall. The rooms are located on the first floor and can be accessed by both stairs and a lift. There is a free public car park adjacent to the main entrance, but please note there is a time limit. There are toilets located on the first floor including an accessible toilet.

There is an LCD screen for presentations. Flipcharts and display boards are available on request. Two of our rooms have a small kitchen area with tea/coffee making facilities. Self-serve tea and coffee can be provided on request for an additional charge.

The rooms are available to book during library opening hours. A discounted rate is applicable to charities and Gateshead-based not-for-profit organisations.
